Does this happen when you click on /every/ or /any/ hyperlink? Does it also happen if you click on a hyperlink in, e.g., an email message?

Whenever I click on a hyperlink in IE, I receive the following message: "To help protect your security, Internet Explorer stopped this site from installing an ActiveX control on your computer. Click here for options...." When I attempt to install the control it turns out to be ocget.dll; if I then check the install box nothing seems to happen - I get exactly the same set of messages the next time I open the hyperlink.. I am using IE 6.0, SP-2.
Aside from the message, the hyperlinks appear to open without a problem. Does anyone know what's going on?
