IE error

While using IE I get the following error message"I.E. has encounted a problem
and need to close. The following is the error signature:
Appname: iexplore.exe
Appver: 6.0.2800.1106
Modname: browseui.dll
Modver: 6.0.2800.1106
Offset: 000078a9
If any one can help with this problem, I will forever be in your debt.
