Re: Having trouble with HyperText Transfer Protocol file type association

I have this same issue, after installing and uninstalling firefox. Now,
whenever I click on a link in, say, Outlook I get a browser page opening to
the link, but also a box opening up asking me to locate my "link browser".
Now clearly, it already knows it can open the link with IE, because it is
doing so. If I go ahead and tell it the location of my link browser
(iexplorer.exe) then each time I click a link it opens two IE windows. I
have been unable to resolve this.
Anyone have any ideas?
TIA
DJB
