IE 6.0 Error

Hello,

Recently, when I click Favorites>Organize Favorites, I get the following
message:

MS Internet Explorer

An error occured in this dialog.
Error: 352 Invalid Class String

I am running WinXP SP2.

How can this be fixed? Thank you for any assistance.
