Well, my full-screen is OK. I think I figured out where the problem is, but
not what it is. Out of curiousity I tried using all three functions off-line
and, lo and behold, they all worked flawlessly! So this new info leads me to
believe that my ISP, Netscape, must have something to do with this problem.
Perhaps it's the fact that they use an AOL proxy server? Maybe it's the
built-in accelerator? Or perhaps they're just trying to frustrate their
users enough so they will begin to patronize Netscape Navigator? This is why
I couldn't figure out when the problem began. I knew, though, that it was
fairly recent and, guess what, I began using Netscape as my ISP in 2-05. I
will try to contact their tech support to see if they can resolve this
problem.
I really appreciate your efforts to help me and I will try my best to
reciprocate to others in the future. Thank you.
