paypal developer website cannot display from IE 6

I cannot access website:
https://developer.paypal.com/cgi-bin/devscr?cmd=_login-processing&login_cmd=_login-done&login_access=0
It always displays: Now loading, please wait...", then the status bar at the
page bottom keeps changing from "done" to "Openning
https://developer.paypal.com/cgi-bin....";
If I use Firefox, there is no problem for it. Please help me, I guess my
internet explorer setting has some problems for that.
