using 12 applications wont really help you troubleshoot the problem.
I will recommend you to install only 1 program update the definitions,
install a virus cleaner update the definitions.
clean all your temporary internet files, clear your browser history,
goto your add-remove programs and uninstall all unwanted proggies.
