Home Page in IE Options Shadowed

I can't change my Homepage in the IE tools/options. It's Shadowed along with
all the buttons (use current, use default, use blank). It's stuck on MSN.
I've run spyware, adware, and antivirus, nothing comes up. Is there
something that I can do in the registry? Help! It's driving me crazy.
