Unable to view usual/php websites in IE help!

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

,Hi
I've not been able to view websites from certain domains just lately -
www.puckator.co.uk for example. They say their system is working fine & they
are on-line as usual.
I've looked at my IE settings & they are set the same as usual, I done bug
checks & deleted their cookie in hope that that might help it seems to be
websites that end in .php but I've had the same problem on a number of sites.
I can't download their images through outlook Express either.

Any simple suggestions appreciated
.
