Hi Jan Il -
Followed all your instructions, but still no luck. When I did the
following: "regsvr32.exe /i shdoc401.dll" I was told it failed, unable to
locate.... etc. Also, Doug Knox's script is not for use with XP, which is my
o/s.
I had already dumped, cleared & emptied everything possible, as well as
double-checking that all my animations, etc. options were checked. I
confirmed that my antivirus wasn't the problem, and I checked my firewall
(turned it off, in fact, to see if that was the issue). Nothing.
What now? sigh..........
