Thanks for the reply Jon. But I have checked that setting already. Can you, or anyone export your registry settings on .mp3 file so I can see if I missing something?

Do you have a player installed that can handle .mp3 files? http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/mp10/default.aspx
Check your file type associations for the .mp3 file type - in My Computer go to Tools...Folder Options...File Types. Scroll down to the .mp3 file type, click on it to highlight it, click Advanced, uncheck "Confirm open after download", click Okay.
