Try the following and see if it helps:

Safely Delete the Temporary Internet Files

Page setup and printing webpages

Go to Tools>Internet Options>Advanced>under the Printing section, check the box next to Print Background colors and images

When I try to print from IE6 the header prints only one line of the website
and then the footer. Most of the paper is left blank. The margins are
correct. I cannot figure this out.
