IE 7.0 on horizon

I'm excited about the upcoming version of Internet Explorer.

Other rival browsers might have many appealing features such as tabbed
browsing, a download manager, etc. but I just can't quit MS IE.

I have tried Firefox (1.0.3), Netscape (7.2), the two main competitors
against IE. Result(?): Removing both of them.

I enjoyed Firefox for 30 minutes and 10 minutes for Netscape. Those
open-source browsers are just not my type.

One particular reason is Google Toolbar, which is only available for IE.

The new version of IE should include more startling features than its
predecessors had. One is a download manager that would help resume broken
downloads and integrate all the downloads in one single window, probably also
the capability to split the file into many parts to accelerate the speed.

Tabbed browsing is not among expectation, since Windows XP allows multiple
IE windows to be grouped together. It's similar to tabbed browsing anyway.
However, if Microsoft can add that feature in IE, version 7.0 will definitely
be the winner.
