Export within IE fails after XP SP2...

I'm running XP Pro SP1 with Office 2003 Pro. When running an export (to
Excel)within a web-based Oracle app, the export works.

After implementing XP SP2 with the firewall and pop-up blocker disabled, the
export progress completes, but the pop-up flashes, then closes imediately.

Thoughts, suggestions?
