Are you sure the other accounts are also admins? This is beginning to make
less and less sense to me so I can see why you'd be a bit lost too.

To recap here and to make sure I understand...

You installed some software to make a broadband internet connection.
You installed it on your account.
The other accounts are admins and they can't access the 'net.
Installing the same software on their accounts doesn't work.
Uninstalling the software and using the Internet Connection doesn't help.

Okay... If all of the above are true then do you have a firewall installed?
Is there a router that's preventing access and only granting access to one
username? Are you 100% certain that your system is malware free? Well, how
about 99% certain? We're never 100% certain. With *MOST* broadband
connections you simply need to make sure that the user has permissions to
use the NIC and that the Internet Connection Wizard has been run properly
(by selecting broadband connection that is always on is the most common
method) and things should run smoothly after that.

What are we missing here?
