Someone correct me if I am wrog, but it sounds like your problem will be in
your registry...you will have to be very careful if you fool with the
registry...
you will want to go to
start
run
regedit
H_KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
Software ....click on the + to the left of Software
Microsoft ....click on the + to the left of Microsoft
Internet Explorer
You will want to find the 'Maximized' key....
when you find it, right click on it and click modify...
type in 'yes'
close
restart your computer...
