Depends what you want. 889669 seems to be *all* hotfixes integrated
in *all* modules -- the "bleeding" edge of maintenance. <eg>

I was suggesting as a test of the new hotfix integration procedure
for cumulative updates that you could try installing 867282 and
see if you really did get the latest hotfixed version of wininet.dll
because of your existing 831167 version.

I don't know how independent those modules might be
but if they are completely independent another option
would be to download the 867282 package, expand it
and extract only the hotfixed version of wininet.dll
and try that.
