Try the following and see it it helps:
Cannot access just one site
Cannot browse certain websites
http://www.dslreports.com/faq/10082
Also..... try adding the site to your Trusted Zone.
or..
Go to the following and open with Notepad,
C:\WINDOWS\hosts (the one with no extension (not the .SAM one)
then delete any listing reference for the site you are trying to open.
Then Save and close.
