Limited Users Can't Access Secure Sites

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance



I just purchased a new computer which has WinXP and IE6. My limited users
can't access secure sites, while the administrator can. I've checked and
security settings are the same for everyone. Any ideas?
