Description of the Internet Explorer Repair Tool http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;q194177
At the very bottom of the article will be a run command if you can access that function via Add/Remove.

One of our Senior Group Members is having problems with Internet Explorer, she is using Windows 2000.
I advised her to run the Repair Tools for IE but when she went into Add/Remove Programs IE is not listed there.
I use Windows XP and to repair IE with that you have to run sfc /scannow which is supposed to repair the IE installation, but not being familiar with Windows 2000 I don't know what advice I should be giving her and I hope someone here can put us on the right track.
Any help would be truly appreciated.
