I am trying... LOL
I read on another forum that I found in a search, that this can happen when
you visit a website that has a script to change your encoding so that it will
match their website.... ugh!
I have just been manually adjusting the encoding for the sites I need to go
on where the encoding changes. It would be nice if there were a way to make
an encoding a default for all websites. Maybe IE will think of that for a
future release?
