Hello Rebecca and thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately I tried all the steps but it didn't seem to
work. I spent an inordinate amount of time trying to
solve this problem to no avail. The Event Viewer is not
logging anything which would have been of help to us. If
you have any further idea, please do not hesitate. If
not, we would like to thank you very much for your
input. We appreciated it.
