gThanks for the info - I had already tried that too. I spent 2 hrs on the
phone with Microsoft - they were incredibly helpful..I spoke with folks from
SP2, Windows XP. They guided me through every solution, decided it was a
corrupt user account, and walked me though it all making sure I lost nothing,
including Outlook files.
