Disable printing

Not sure if this is the correct community/newsgroup or not. However, I would
like to load a *.pdf file for viewing only. I'm under the impression I would
need to disable the following things.

1) Browser Printing
2) Printscreen
3) Textcopy
4) Adobe toolbars

If you can assist me with any of the four items listed above, or direct me
to a website more suitable for such a thing I would be greatly appreciatevie,
