Hi,
If the other browser(s) are Java capable and still have the problem, you
should be looking at other programs that are running in the background. Take
a look at programs like antivirus, security, privacy, ad-blockers, firewall,
etc. One of them may be blocking scripts/scripting.

Try putting that site in Trusted Sites. Internet Options> Security> Trusted
Sties> Sites.

Try these two commands:
Start> Run> Regsvr32 vbscript.dll [enter]
Start> Run> Regsvr32 jscript.dll [enter]

Or you might try reloading your scripting engine. Go to
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/downloads/list/webdev.asp
for the appropriate download.

Something in this article may help:
308260- How to Troubleshoot Script Errors in Internet Explorer:

Hope this helps,
Don
