can access only my startpage

I have a problem where I can only access my default startpage. When I enter
another url, I get a pop-up saying that this website cannot be reached.

If my startpage is google.com and i do a search it works. If I click on any
of the search results, IE works fine..

We used spybot already and should be free of spyware..

Any ideas??
