can't access internet (error 401)

W2k, IE6.

Opening Internet Explorer brings up a "connect to" window
instead of going to my homepage. I'm on a network but no
one else has any problems. I switch locations between
home and work. Coming back to work today, first time I've
had this problem. Please help.
