I an running Win 2000 pro and am also one of the thousands who have had their
IE browser page hijacked. I have run Spybot and Ad-Aware and I can reset my
page but it always returns. Also, I cannot open "add/remove programs" in
control panel..my feeling is that there is a program running that I cannot
access that reinstalls "about blank" anytime I have deleted the files after a
scan..I am desperate for help and I use a company computer from my home
office, not easy to bring it in for administrator to check it out..any help
would be appreciated. Also, I do not have the Windows 2000 pro start up disk
to fix settings if necessary..
