IE Hangs Everytime

THis just started happening last night. I was in the middle of browsing the
web and IE hung. I used task manager to end the program and now I can't get
on the Internet at all.

Everytime I launch IE it hangs and I have to force it to end and I get the
message that IE has to close due to an error. The same thing happened with
my MSN Messenger as well.

I have run AdAware and a virus scan as well as sfc /scannow and nothing has
worked.
