Custom Web Page Icon Is Not Displayed in the Favorites Folder

I've browsed thru this newsgroup & the SearchMicrosoft.com. Am I missing
the info that tells me how I can keep the original web page icon in
Favorites instead of the generic Interent Explorer icon?
