I,m back. On this site I was able to resolve this issue for 2 days.. What has
happend since is I uninstalled those utilities such as Ad-Ware, CWShredder
etc.. When I uninstalled one of these utilities IE jump half a page up and
diabled my Norton Internet security... I spent 2 days trying to reload
NIS2005 with no success.. In desperation I purchased Registry Mechanic and
ran this there were 100's of conflicts with 90 some in deep registry.. I
push the button to correct and then tried loading NIS2005 it would load but
live update would not function it suggested there was a conflict with windows
fire wall. I had always had this turned off., checked and it was turned off..
So uninstalled SP2 and Windows security.. Tried loading NIS2005 same problem
with firewall program.. Found old CD of Norton Anti-virus 2002 loaded with
no problem plus live update.. Reloaded SP2 and security centre plus live
update.. Now documents and private account numbers once again began showing
up in IE Histoy.. Changed Browser to FireFox.. No Documents or private
account numbers in showed in its history... But I still have problems.. I ran
a toshiba utility which produces an error log which shows for today :

Service Control: The following boot-start or system start driver(s) failrd
to load:
Manager: SAVRTPEL:
and
ACPI: ACPI Bios is attempting to write to an illegal PCI Operation Region
(0+4): Please contact your system vendor for technical assistance.

I have evolved in to a button puncher my technical knowlege of computers
vanished with the floppy drive.. Where can I go to obtain information to
resolve these issues..

Also after using Registry Mechanic the number of conflicts I would find
stabilized at 7, they were always associated with Symantec so never corrected
for fear of disabling Anti-Virus.. However today had 20 additional conflicts
all associated with SP2 and deleted and corrected these 20 so I could open my
online accounts..

I am becoming frustrated because my computer ran seamlessly until the first
part of november and now I never know day to day how it will function.. Can
someone anyone direct me on a path to resolve these issues...
