The sites that I am having trouble with are not secure sites.
These sites are not Active X sites.
The registry values talked about in the below link are there
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;281679
The latest Java plus the latest plug in are installed.
The latest scripting and debugger is installed.
No error messages occur.
No www.walmart.com ect.
