Hi Jan,

Thanks for the tips,

I have tried all the suggestions listed and my computer is running much
(faster) better. However the original problem remains.

When I try to load certain web pages, the page will stop loading midway
through and the system will stop communicating with the Internet. The only
way to regain the connection is to either reboot the computer or the router.

Most pages load with no problem while others like www.newegg.com always
cause the problem.

Any additional suggestions?

Thanks
