I have recently set up a home wired network between my main pc and my laptop.
When it was first set up everything worked perfect. then (only thing i have
done since was update my nvida fx5200 display driver) it has started to half
work the main pc can access everything, but the laptop can not access any
microsoft web sites and log onto MSN messenger and some other web sites but
not that many 1 -50 maybe. I have unistalled all anti virus and firewalls but
still the same. I have all the latest updates and run the most current
versions downloaded from windows update. when the laptop is conected directly
to the internet it works fineonly when conected though the main pc to I get
these problems .
Please can someone offer some help
