This started yesterday when I was using Windows XP SP1. I decided to
upgrade to SP2 in the hopes that it would fix it but no luck. I JUST
finished reinstalling XP and that didn't help either. (upgrade install, not
clean, I'm sure that would work but I'd rather not do it) Everything has
been working great until yesterday. I haven't installed any programs lately
but its possible some adware or spyware could've been installed. I've been
doing Adware and Norton scans but they haven't been finding much and I've
deleted everything they have found, still no go. What is causing this and
how can I fix it?
Also - Here's the error that I get :
"Microsoft IE has encountered a problem and needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience"
appname: iexplore.exe
appver: 6.0.2900.2180
modname: browseui.dll
