Hi puffnbrew :-)

You may have some files that have been damaged or corrupted during the
process. In addition to the information on how to repair/reinstall IE I have
already provided here, you might try the information blow that may offer
more details to resolving your problem.

Error Message: Iexplore.exe Has Generated Errors and Will Be Closed By
Windows

Internet Explorer Repair Tool
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=194177
or

If these steps do not resolve your problem, please post back to this thread
with the details and any error messages.

Hope this helps

Jan :)
