Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

The web site's Shopping Bag session appears to be IP-based. I visited the
page, blocked all cookies, selected one product and it appeared in Shopping
Bag. Closing the window and opening a new window, there is no indication of
anything in Shopping Bag...until I go to Shopping Bag: Then the item
selected previously appears. Nothing really strange or frightening about
that per se, and the same thing happens if I reboot.

When you go to the site, are you 'signed in' automatically or does your
'contact information' automatically appear without being signed in?
