The Autocomplete feature may be doing this to you. You didn't mention what
version of the browser you're using, but I'll assume v 6.0

Go into Tools/Internet Options, and select the Content Tab. Click on the
Autocomplete button. From the AutoComplete settings dialog, you can control
what is remembered by the system. The Clear Forms option might fix what
you're seeing.
