Thank you for responding Frank.

I am using Microsoft Outlook XP. When trying to download my messages from
my work email I get the following message:
"Receiving reported error (ox800CCC92): 'Your e-mail server rejected your
login. Verify your user name and password in your account properties. Under
Tools, click E-mail accounts. The server responded: - ERR Authorization
failed.'

If I try and view my messages online using Microsoft Outlook Web Access I
get the following message:
"A runtime error has occurred. Do you wish to debug? Line: 1099 Error:
'null' is null or not an object.

Let me know if you need any further information. Thanks for your help.
