Hi Kevin,

My mom has that problem alot and we have to dump her cookies and temp file
like every other day to get it going as quickly as she likes it. We were
told by the cable company that because there are so many things pinging your
computer firewall all the time that sometimes it just runs slower with the
firewall on. I don't know if I would believe that or not but that's the info
I have. Hope it helps.
