Sad to hear, Pam. Is there any chance that wanadoo is fubar? If you
have details of another connection, I would give that a try. I know
that the firewall can cause problems, I had someone at work whose
firewall was keeping them off our network; but if you say there are
off, I'm not sure what to suggest. 'Sorry.
