Hi,

I'm not aware of any method which can remove the security warning. But, when you set the Kill-bit to Flash ActiveX control, you don't get the dialog - but Flash is blocked silently. See here for more information:

Has anyone cracked this nut yet? I have several sites that I wish to
place in the Restricted zone for my user community. My goal is to
block ActiveX and Flash. The only thing holding me back (and bothering
the users) is the "security settings prohibit running" dialog box.
Surely, after three or four years of people complaining, someone has
found a way!?
