New IE & Netscape browser could not open search page

Hi everyone,

I encountered some difficulties in my browser recently.

Both my IE6 and netscape7.2 could not open search page or access to
Internet. The proxy setting is correct.

Only netscape4.7 (the very old version) can access, but it does not
support a lot of new sites.

I can ping to DNS, Proxy, Yahoo and other internet servers, but
browser unable to access internet.

I tried uninstall and re-install IE6, it doesn't solve the problem.
I tried also remove and add Window component (IE), but it failed too.

I am helpless.
Anyone can offer me some advices?
