how do I disable File open prompt

I receive this message every time an Access database is openned from the file
server. Is there any way to disable this message.
"some files can harm your computer. If the information below looks
suspicious, or you do not fully trust the source, doe not open or save this
file."
The "Always ask before opening this type of file" check box is greyed out.
