Try the following and see if it helps:
Register these files:
Click on Start -- Run
Type Regsvr32 softpub.dll
Click OK
and.............
Sometimes there's a corrupt file in the cache and one must go to Tools |
Internet Options and click Delete Files.
Start>Run>Regsvr32 vbscript.dll
Start>Run>Regsvr32 jscript.dll
or............

Download and install the MS Java VM v. 3809 from one of the links here:

(or you can try the SP4 3805's listed just above)
Then upgrade to v. 3810:

You can try updating your scripting engine. The latest scripting engine can

Do you have the JavaScript plug-in installed?
