Form Submission Problem

I have recently upgraded my web server to Windows 2003 and have started
getting a weird problem.

I have pages which submit the content of forms to another page. However,
after quite a while the page times out, but when I do a refresh the page
opens immediately without any problems at all and does what it is meant to.

I have absolutely no idea what is causing this and would appreciate any help
at all!

David
