While browsing I occasionally get this message (been
going on for about 2 weeks): "Internet Explorer Has
Encountered A Problem and Needs to Close". When I click
for further details I get this: AppName: iexplore.exe
AppVer.: 6.0.2800.1106 ModName.: Unknown ModVer.:
0.0.0.0 Offset: 034b0dd9

When I search the knowledgebase for this error message I
find the subject "Internet Explorer Has Encountered a
Problem...." and it is followed in parentheses by either
(Mshtml.dll) or (Pdm.dll) and the knowledgebase has
suggested solutions for those specific error
messages...but in my case the "ModName" is "unknown" and
I can't find a solution for this. Help.
