Hi Jan,

I set up a new user account and the Internet Explorer
works fine. If I set it to not dial the connection it
won't dial it. But moving my files to the new user
account is to much work re-setting everything. Outlook
can not find files and so on.

There must be a setting in the registry that is
corrupted.
Somewhere
under "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curren
tVersion\Internet Settings"
I think these settings are not changing when I change the
Tools/Options/Connection set to "Never Dial a Connection".

It would be easier to change these I would think.
