IE will not Fill up Screen

Yesterday I installed ungraded AOL to verision 9.0. Once
I Install 9.0, IE would not open up and fill entire
screen. It would leave a one inch gap from the top of
the window to the top of the screen, where I could see my
desktop. I nothing i did or the aol tech did could fix
the problem. I refreshed the desktop. I tried dragging
the taskbar to top and screen and back down again. I
rebotted the computer several times. Finally I
uninstalled 9.0 and had to run a windows XP restore to
fix the problem. Anyone ever have this problem and know
how to fix?
