Windows XP Pro Fast Browser in GUEST but very slow in other accoun

6 month old computer running Windows XP Pro. I have DSL Broadband. Browsing
in the GUEST account is very fast, almost instant. However, browsing on all
other accounts is incredibly slow.
Can anybody tell me how to fix this?
